Rules for Newsletter Article Submission
1. Please do not send just a graphic, like a PDF or JPG.
Take time to write an article.
2. Please get your article to us before the 25th of the month.
3. Plan ahead for best exposure. Submitting an article
a week before your event is a waste.

- Include the details of Who, What, Where, When and Why
- Pictures are always good, but try to focus on the activity and keep each to 1mb or less
- 5-10 short paragraphs is a good size...if you want people to read it
- Maximum 30,000 characters
