The Rotary Club of Sedona celebrated the launch of its new Village of Oak Creek Satellite Club on Sept. 20 with District 5490 Governor Danny Messersmith (far right).

Inductees received their badges and special Village Satellite pins. Club President Jennette Bill and Assistant District 5490 Governor David Simmer rolled out the club's banner and Four Way Test flag. The satellite club held its launch event on Thursday, Sept. 22 with 14 charter members.

"This new club gives Village residents and businesses the opportunity to contribute in service to Village projects and to be part of a dynamic international organization of community leaders passionate about making a difference around the world," said Bill.The club will hold its meetings 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. the second and fourth Thursdays of every month at Oakcreek Country Club's Redstone Grill. Congratulations to Lori Zaleski, Village Satellite Club chair and all the charter members.
