AND NOW….FROM THE INTERNATIONAL FRONT
By PDG Abe Feder - RC of Mesa West

By the time you read this the 16th Mexican American Friendship and Global Grants Conference will be over-look for a complete write up and pictures along with a list of global grants that we are engaged in next month .

Also in this newsletter please review the article by Terry Lubsen our Microcredit grants chair, about our recent visit to Hermosillo Mexico. The purpose of this trip was to engage with both our borrowers and with our lender-FinReg and its staff. If your club has any interest in micro credit this trip is a tremendous learning experience. We will be starting a program in Nogales in 2017 and are now working on building funding for a micro credit program in Auga Prieta Mexico in 2018 .

Contact Terry Lubsen at tlubs44@gmail.com/480-250-8159 for a club presentation, or for information on borrower visits.
Another article in that will appear in this month’s newsletter is about an amazing Interact project called Crutches 4 Africa. Check out the information and view the video in the newsletter
Please contact PDG Art Harrington at arths@msu.com /928-245-0411 for a presentation at your club.
One last thing-correction in my first article-I will be in this position thru 2019 rather than 2017-you don’t get rid of me that quick.
