Rules for Newsletter Article Submission
1. Do NOT send a graphic only and expect an article to be written for you.
2. Do NOT send your article after the 25th of the month.
3. Do NOT wait for the month of your event. Plan ahead for best exposure.

- Please include the details of Who, What, Where, When and Why
- Pictures are always good, but try to focus on the activity and keep each to 1mb or less
- 5-10 short paragraphs is a good size...if you want people to read it
- Maximum 30,000 characters
- Deadline: Each month on the 25th for insertion in the following month's newsletter
