Rotary Connections is our District’s newly redesigned, experiential learning program. While it draws from the best concepts of Rotary Leadership Institute, we have substantially revamped the content and experience to make it more interactive, relevant, engaging, and focused on helping Rotarians find their place and their purpose.

There are three six-hour Saturday experiences:
RC1 — Discover Rotary
Especially valuable for newer members who want to understand the organization they have joined, meet Rotarians beyond their own club, discover opportunities, and begin finding their own path in Rotary.

RC2 — Expand Your Rotary Experience
A deeper exploration of Rotary, service, engagement, connection, and opportunities to increase personal and community impact.

RC3 — Lead Through Service
An experiential servant-leadership experience focused on becoming a more effective leader, influencer, mentor, and catalyst for others.

These are not traditional lecture-style training sessions. Participants will be talking, doing, sharing, reflecting, solving, connecting, and learning from one another. Sessions will be facilitated by members of our District Governor leadership team and other dynamic presenters.
