CALLING ALL CLUB LEADERS --- PETS Registration is now open!
By DGE Nancy Van Pelt - RC of Glendale West

All over the Rotary World President Elect Training Seminars (PETS) will soon start taking place.  Every Rotary Club President-elect worldwide will be a ‘guest of honor’ at these signature events --and our incoming club leaders are no exception!

Arizona Tri-District PETS will be held February 24 and 25, 2017, at the Hilton Phoenix/Mesa.

PETS includes breakout sessions with PEs from across the state as well as meetings with your district leadership team.  General sessions will feature a star-studded lineup of speakers, including RI President-Elect Ian Riseley from Australia and RI Director-Elect John Matthews, and PDGs Jeff Cadorette and Shirley Grace.

IMPORTANT-- Rotary International requires all Presidents-elect to participate in PETS (Presidents Elect Training Seminar).  The 2016 Rotary International Manual of Procedure states that, in order to be president of a Rotary club, the President-elect must attend a PETS. If the President-elect cannot attend the District’s PETS, the PE must attend an alternate PETS approved by the District Governor-Elect.\

PS-- PETS is not just for PEs!  There is a full schedule of sessions for Club President-nominees as well!

Registration is now open here.
