Happy February!
I will keep it short this month.
I want to welcome our newest Club to our wonderful District.
The Rotary Club of Thunderbird! With this addition our district year to date has added 1 new Club and 3 Satellite clubs with a couple of more in the works.
Some other great news as of the end of the year our District Membership has had its greatest increase than we have had in the last 10 years!
Congratulations and WELCOME to all of those new Rotarians.
Here is the Growth and Retention idea of the month;
Don’t be afraid to think outside of the box in regards to your clubs fees and dues structures.
To some people paying for meals may not be of value to them.
Perhaps consider creating a “Spousal or partner “dues reduction.
Some clubs have implemented a “Corporate” dues structure.
Also perhaps taking a look at your attendance policy, as you may know that Rotary International has made some changes to those requirements.
For those of you that will be at PETS later this month you will be receiving more information on some of these different ideas.
