Engage “Rotary Alumni”
Ever wonder how we, both as individuals and clubs, could do a better job of maintaining our connections with those very special people that we’ve supported with our good will, time, resources and financial backing?
Think of those folks as “Rotary Alumni!” Rotary alumni are individuals who have experienced Rotary through various programs, including:
- Interact
- Rotaract
- Rotary Youth Exchange
- New Generations Service Exchange
- Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA)
- Rotary Peace Fellowships
- Rotary Scholarships (global grants and district grants)
- Vocational training teams (members and leaders)
- Ambassadorial Scholarships
- Grants for University Teachers
- Group Study Exchange (members and leaders)
- Rotary Volunteers
Rotary Alumni often report wanting to ‘give back’ but they may not know exactly how. You and your clubs can engage Rotary Alumni as volunteers, speakers... members!
