The Rotary Club of Sedona Village and the Verde Valley International School have worked together to form a new club for students in the school.

“Interact” is a service club for youth ages 14-18. The club will benefit from sponsorship by the local Rotary club which will provide support and guidance. This program offers fun, meaningful service activities while providing a chance to develop leadership skills and meet new friends.

Verde Valley School is a co-educational boarding and day school for students in grades 9-12. Founded in 1947 by Hamilton and Barbara Warren the school brings together students from all over the world to live, work and study together on the campus in Sedona, Arizona.

Students are expressing interest in international projects for this Interact Club. The school sponsor is John Sheedy. The Rotary Club representative is Russ Snider. Members of the Rotary Youth Services Committee will also participate in meetings and activities.
