Peace & Conflict Prevention/Resolution is One of Rotary’s 6 Areas of Focus
Peace Pole Project
D5495 will support your Club’s Peace Pole Project in 2017-2018

A Peace Pole is a hand-crafted monument made out of vinyl that displays the message and prayer “May Peace Prevail on Earth” on each of its four or six sides, usually in different languages.

There are tens of thousands of Peace Poles in 180 countries, all over the world, dedicated as monuments to Peace. They serve as constant reminders for us to visualize and pray for World Peace & Conflict Resolution.

Clubs throughout D5495 are now planning Peace Pole projects. Watch for their stories in the District newsletters.
