Rotarians frequently tell me that their clubs are looking for fresh ideas.  My response is share, share, share—and be available!

Your own willingness to tell others about your projects and practices leads to reciprocity and cross pollination of ideas.  Any President Elect who has attended President Elect Training (PETS) will attest to the amazing value he or she received through mingling with other PE’s and sharing ideas.  Our best resources are our colleagues!

Coming soon:  two opportunities to build relationships outside your club!
  • April 11---Club Leadership Training Day (District Assembly).  In addition to being an opportunity for clubs to prepare for the coming year, it is also an opportunity to further develop a network of peers and resources.
  • May 15--- District Conference is more than a celebration of the past year.  It is also a chance to relax together and continue building those networks through fellowship.
Go for it!
