Two of District 5495’s newest Rotary clubs will be holding their charter celebrations in October.  Rotarians from all around the District are invited to join in the festivities.

The Rotary Club of Fort Mohave Sunrise will be holding a luau on October 20 at 2 p.m. in the Mohave Valley Community Park. If you would like to attend, and you are strongly encouraged to do so, please RSVP to javalinascoffee@gmail.com. The RSVP is necessary in order to ensure that the club has enough food on hand to feed all the attendees.

The second charter event will be held on October 26 by the Rotary Club of Verrado in Buckeye.  This club has come together quite quickly and they are very excited to be able to hold their charter celebration. Please RSVP and register on the form below.

New clubs speak volumes about the vibrancy of District 5495. Let’s welcome our new clubs into the fold and support their growth and programs. We were all new clubs at one time, so we are intimately aware of the complexity and cost of starting up a new club and its charitable organization. We can all support the new clubs right now by attending their Charter Celebrations and considering a contribution, in kind or in dollars, to support their startup expenses for much-needed purchases. Oftentimes it is difficult to determine what a new club requires. Cash is always welcome.
