I first graduated from the Rotary Leadership Institute after nearly 25 years in Rotary and found it a fantastic overview for new and experienced Rotarians alike, especially the session on the Rotary Foundation. The program has since been upgraded to Rotary Connections, and I attended the inaugural Session 3. The first two sessions now cover most of the old material, and the third focuses on leadership and team building you can take right back to your club. I highly recommend it for all Rotarians, especially new members.
